Hair Transplant is one of the fastest and easiest ways of getting rid of hair loss or alopecia. Indeed, the procedure is rather simple. Grafts are taken from the donor area located on the rear crown on the head, and the hair implants are placed on the bald areas.
Duration
The duration of the procedure varies from 2 to 3 hours. During these, 1200 to 1500 grafts are removed and then implanted in all bald areas. The quantity of these implants varies between 3000 and 5000.
Anesthesia
The hair transplant surgery is performed under local anesthesia and is painless.
Recovery
Tightness, swelling in the forehead and small scabs may appear after the surgery. However, they will fall after some days and the final results will be visible around 6 to 8 months after the procedure. The patient will be able to resume with his/her activities the day after the hair transplant.
